What is the truth about ionized water?

Ionized water has been refereed to as; Restructured Water, Reduced Water, Glacier Water, Hunza, Living Water and Electron-Rich Water. At the end of the day it really doesn't matter what you call it as long as you understand what it is that we are talking about.

My name is Kathleen Swann from Memphis, Tennessee and I have discovered for myself, ionized alkaline water - possibly the most important health advance of the 21st century! Something as simple as water has changed my life and my health.

But you ask, how can that be? We all drink water, either from our tap or bottled water, but is that the right kind of water? The answer is "no" it is not - both are acidic and not alkaline! Viruses, bacteria and even cancer cannot grow in an alkaline environment. Disease thrives in an acidic environment which we all have due to our diets, what we drink and the world we live in.

Doctors in Japan and Korea have been prescribing alkaline water for over 30 years and water ionizers have been approved in Canada as medical devices - the science is there!
The discovery of ionized water closely replicates the living qualities of high altitude mountain spring water. Alkaline water is drinking water as it should be, as it is in natures best waters like glacier waters. It has similar properties to ionized water - alkaline pH, a high colloidal mineral content, active hydrogen and micro clusters Ionized water has Super Conductive properties and only ionized water holds an electrical charge. This is what gives it its vitality. It oxygenates the body which all other water is void of this benefit. Only positive polarity water can efficiently flush out toxins and poisons in the body at the cellular level. Drinking it can even reverse the aging process!

This may be a lot to take in and there is so much more to learn about ionized water but here are just a few of the things it has done for me personally. I no longer take medication for acid reflux ( took for 8 years), no longer suffer with IBS, no longer have pain with arthritis, more energy at 59 than I had at 29 ( I even play racket ball now). I don't have dry skin anymore and have lost weight. It is so easy to drink, in fact, you will even crave this water. It doesn't have a different taste but a different feel and I love to drink it. I hope to be drinking ionized alkaline water for the rest of my life! At least the quality of my life health wise will only improve and for once I don't worry about getting older. Ionized water can be made from any source of municipal tap water through the process of electrolysis. You are probably already familiar with term but may not be aware of what happens when water is processed. Using an ionic device, electricity is passed through two electrodes or plates composed of rare metals these attract ions that conduct the electricity and either gain or loose an electron. The water becomes split between by the electrical current into H+ and OH-. You can also say that it is split into both Alkaline and Acidic water based on the remaining electrical charge. Yet another way to refer to it is low pH level water and high pH water.pH level refers to the logarithmic potential of hydrogen and is a measurement of both acidity and alkalinity of a solution.

Ionized Water Is A Powerful Antioxidant!
After you have researched and started to gain an understanding of ionized water, you begin to understand that ionized water carries negative charged electrons that neutralize free radicals. This negative charge is called Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP) It is a measurement of antioxidant power measured in milli-volts.

Free radicals are atoms or molecules which contain unpaired electrons. These free radicals 'steal' electrons from other atoms and converts them to free-radicals too! This causes substantial biological damage. This process leads to premature aging and illness.
