Gardenias and Blue Velvet at The Senior Prom in 1963

My aunt lives in Burbank, CA and she has white gardenias in her yard. I have enjoyed them my whole life, but have always lived in Washington State and I don't see many gardenias here. We have the beautiful state flower; The Rhodie, aka The Coast Rhododendron which was chosen as the state flower by the women (who could not vote at the time)of the state who wanted to have a flower for the World's Fair in 1893. I am going to try root cuttings with the loved Rhodie. I cannot wait to get started. They actually grow prolifically in Washington State. I really enjoy your blogs. I will refer to it on my website blog at Green From The Garden

Thank you for your compliments you are very kind! Sorry for the delay getting this up... (I had to go find my thinking cap and add some HTML) Now readers can click through to your site (which is awesome by the way!) Here's to your continued success!

It was good to receive approval for my comments page, and also to understand that you will plug my website. I am new in the business of ecommerce and I have a very pretty, small, website with respect to products and blogs. However, I am adding new products and scrambling to make arrangements with those drop shippers who have the products that interest me the most and stay with the intent of my site. I am an organic gardener so I am very interested in anyone's comments about composting with worms, and other forms of organic composting, preserving the harvest with pressure canners, dehydrators, and best practices in the art of preserving the harvest up to and including Best Recipes from grandma's kitchen. . . or mom's. I am really excited to be so involved and await your comments. You can visit my site at https://www.greenfromthegarden.com.
